Description

Title: please do not post my art work on other websites without my permission

0. I am not the person who is against sharing my art work.

1. My point about sharing my work is that some people did not use the sharing system(the Webpage - e.g. pixiv, dA).
Many people shared my works on twitter, and it's fine with me. However, in case of the two Tumbler webpages I am talking about, they splitted my work into pieces and shared.
In the case of one of my drawing named [For the sake of princess], the drawing is meant to be verticly long, that was my intention.
Ignoring the creator's intent FOR THE SAKE OF VIEWERS, is this something so natural on online art sharing? - I never got any message from them who wants to discuss about splitting my work into pieces.

1.1
Also there is a bigger problem in this situation.
I want my works to be under my control. Thus I always put my signature( blog address or sig.) on my work.
In the case of [For the sake of princess], If the drawing splitted into pieces, my effort would become useless, because the work is drawn vertically, so eventually splitted lower parts wouldn't have my signature on it.
On Tumbler, it is so easy to download the drawing with just one click. People downloaded and uploaded my splitted art work, and the splitted pieces just floats around numerous webpages without the notice of who created it.

2.
I upload my works only on dA, Pixiv, Dong-ne Gallery (KR), even though I have account on Tumbler, because I want my works to be shared only on the websites that I mentioned above.
I used "shared" function for my works to respect the viewer's right to share.
Also, by permitting "comment" function, I wanted my right of getting feedbacks as a creator of art works.

3. Uploading the art work on online does not mean that I agree on sharing my works without any notice to me.
If this is how it works on internet art work sharing, devianArt, and further more, this kind of online system certainly has a problem.
Sharing art work without creator's permission, or any notice to the creator, can't be justified in any cases.
I -the creator of my art work- am the one who has the right for my art work. And as the creator, wanting to know the websites that posts my work is very natural.

4.
The reason that I uploaded my works on devianArt and Pixiv was because I trusted that they treat the art work and the creator and its right cautiously and rightfully.
Many people agree with my opinion and understand my point on the situation, but I realized that there are people who are against my opinion(refer to Pic No.2).
Onine space (the internet) became a scary place to me - who is "not cool"(according to people against me).

***PLAGIARISM***
The letters "nya.sh" that newly written on MY WORK - NOT BY ME AND WITHOUT ANY GIVEN NOTICE TO ME- proves that there are so may cases of PLAGIARISM out there with ignorance.
I e-mailed the manager of the website and he/she answered like PIC. no.1. Even large website like "nya.sh" did not ask for artist's permission to upload the art work on its site.
THEY PUT "nya.sh" ON MY ART WORKS TO MAKE ADS FOR THEIR WEBSITE WITHOUT ANY KIND OF PERMISSION OR NOTICE. I CAN'T understand how "nya.sh" can be so confident and imposing.

p.s.1.
I want my works to be shared, of course it's better when it become worldwide.
However, I want it to be shared righteously and ethically.
I'm not trying to stop every kind of sharing on my art work, neither being too pompous, I just want my RIGHT as a artist who CREATED it.

p.s.2
There was a comment telling me that If I am bothered then quit sharing, so I will.

*I(the artist/creator) am not familiar with English. Thus this statement is originally written by my language, and translated into English by other person.

Art should be free to VIEW, not pass around like trading cards for free. I feel so lucky to be able to see artists like you and many others on here that I admire. I don't understand where anyone has the right to take another's work and put it up anywhere without permission. That kind of attitude...

I hope you have better luck with this. Art theft is an ever-growing problem and it doesn't seem to be getting better. Somehow ignorance and belligerent attitudes seem to go hand-in-hand in these cases. =_= People suck.
